Orders, delivery, payment and returns
Where do your products ship from?
From a warehouse in China, through our supplier. That keeps prices low, and it is why delivery takes longer than a local shop: 5 to 33 days depending on your country.
How long will my order take?
We place your order with the supplier within 3 business days, then it travels to you. Estimated delivery is 5 to 33 days depending on your country. Your exact estimate is shown at checkout and on our shipping page. Customs or busy periods can add time.
What if my order never arrives?
If it has not arrived within 45 days of ordering, we refund you in full to your original payment method.
Do I pay shipping, taxes or customs?
Shipping is included in the price. Depending on your country, local authorities may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. Those are set by them and are not included in our price.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Safepay, which shows the payment options available to you at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your payment is taken in US dollars, so if your card is in another currency your bank may convert it and may add its own fee.
Why do I see this currency?
We show rupee prices to visitors in Pakistan and US dollar prices everywhere else. You can switch currency at the bottom of any page. Rupee prices are for delivery within Pakistan only.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Right now: Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, United States, Canada, Australia. We will add more.
Can I return something?
Yes. Faulty, damaged or wrong items: email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we replace or refund. Unused items can be returned within 7 days for the item price. See our returns page.
How do I contact you?
