Shipping

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Arab Emirates only.

Our products are shipped from a warehouse in China. This is not next-day delivery.

• Processing: we place your order with our supplier within 3 business days of payment.
• Transit: usually about 8 to 15 days after dispatch. In total, expect roughly 10 to 20 days from the day you order.
• Delays: customs and busy periods can add time. If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of your order, we will refund you in full.
• Tracking: once your parcel is dispatched we email the tracking number to the address you gave at checkout.
• Shipping cost: included in the price you see. There are no extra shipping fees at checkout.
• Customs and VAT: the price shown is what you pay at checkout. If any import charge applies to your parcel, we will tell you before dispatch.
