Returns & refunds

• Not delivered: full refund if your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering.
• Damaged, faulty or wrong item: email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and you do not pay to return it.
• Changed your mind: you can return an unused item in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. You pay the return postage to us, and we refund the item price once we receive it. Because items ship from overseas, please email us first for the return address.
• How refunds are paid: to your original card via Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
